We are dedicating to lifting up the wellness of the Native American community, with a particular focus on helping those struggling with opioid use,  preventing the spread of HIV/HCV and helping those with HIV/AIDS to live well. Our services are rooted in indigenous ways of knowing and healing and are available for all persons. We are based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul and also serve people living on Reservations and in Greater Minnesota.

We will connect you with culturally based resources for staying well and help you navigate the process of getting the housing, medical care and other supports you need.
